PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team in our Douglasville clinic. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients and work in an environment that fosters clinician growth.
The role involves evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other therapists to ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
- Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical records system.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure (or eligible).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 per year, with monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients per day. Sign-on bonuses of up to $30,000 are also available in select locations.
