We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at PT Solutions, located at 13465 Fishhawk Blvd, Lithia, Florida 33547.
As a Physical Therapist with PT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to transformative care and leading innovative therapy practices. You will work with a diverse caseload across various specialities, including orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Salary: $78,000 - $100,000/year
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations
