Physical Therapist | Sports & Performance
Roseville, California | Full-Time | Base salary $75,000–$100,000 + Gainshare
You didn't become a PT just to treat injuries.
You became one to help people get back to what matters — and come back better.
KIME Performance Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist who wants more from the profession: more development, more ownership, and a higher standard for what physical therapy can be.
Our Roseville team works where rehabilitation and human performance meet. You'll treat active adults, athletes, and post-operative patients who want to move at a higher level. You won't inherit a schedule and treat patients — you'll build trust, build community relationships, build your clinical capability, and help us keep building KIME.
The KIME Model
Great physical therapy moves beyond symptom management. Our clinicians combine clinical reasoning with progressive loading, performance-based rehab, and objective testing — including force-plate and performance data — to move people from injury back to life and sport.
At KIME, you'll:
Treat an active, orthopedic and sports-focused patient population
Develop return-to-sport and return-to-performance programming
Participate in athlete testing, combines, community events, and sports partnerships
Learn through KIMEU, our internal clinician-development system
Get mentorship from KIME Fellows, Clinical Instructors, and regional leadership
Develop expertise — and eventually teach, mentor, or lead
Who Thrives Here
We're not looking for one résumé. We're looking for someone curious, driven, accountable, and genuinely invested in people.
You might be an experienced sports clinician who wants room to perform. An early-career PT with a background in athletics or strength and conditioning. Or a new graduate who knows the clinician you want to become. What matters is your trajectory — you want feedback, take ownership, and believe being a great clinician means more than what happens in a treatment session.
What You Can Expect From Us
KIME was built by Physical Therapists. We'll invest in your growth — and expect you to own it. You'll get structured onboarding, mentorship, advanced clinical education, and leadership development. You'll also get autonomy: we trust great clinicians to make decisions and manage their patients, with accountability to our standards and the people who trust us with their care.

Ten Years In. Still Building.
We believe the people who join us should be better because they were here — and KIME should be better because they were here. If you want somewhere comfortable to practice exactly the way you always have, KIME may not be the fit. If you want a place that will challenge you, invest in you, trust you, and expect impact — we should talk.
