What You’ll Do
- Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized rehabilitative programs targeting mobility, pain relief, and functional recovery.
- Guide and mentor dedicated support staff, including Physical Therapy Technicians and PTAs, ensuring a seamless patient journey.
- Serve as an orthopedic expert, identifying clinical flags and actively consulting with referring physicians when a patient's care trajectory needs a combined reassessment.
What we’re looking for
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
- Licensure: Current or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.
- Mindset: An interactive team player who loves orthopedics and sports medicine, values continuous career growth, and communicates flawlessly with both families and orthopedic medical staff.
