What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluating patients and creating individualized treatment plans
- Providing outpatient physical therapy, including upper-extremity and hand conditions
- Tracking progress and modifying care to maximize outcomes
- Collaborating with physicians and your care team
- Completing daily documentation in EMR
- Contributing to a positive, team-driven clinic environment
What You Bring
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Hand therapy experience and CHT strongly preferred.
- Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
