ResponsibilitiesEvaluates, plans, and implements physical therapy treatment programs to patients/clients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities in a home care environment. Provides optimal patient rehabilitation and ensures quality of care.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from a Physical Therapy program
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
- BLS
- Alabama Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license
Desired Qualifications:
- Doctor of physical therapy
- Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
- Alabama Physical Therapy license with clinical specialty
