Overview:
EmergeOrtho is now hiring Physical Therapists for an outpatient orthopedic position in Swansboro, NC. Full-time is preferred, with 40 hours per week available. Candidates with 24 hours per week across three weekdays will also be considered.
New graduate Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload/Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in an outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload. Development of a specialty or certification is encouraged and supported.
Full-time Physical Therapists should expect to treat 10 to 11 patients per day.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday through Friday. Flexible scheduling is available, with four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.
No weekends or major holidays are required. Enjoy an excellent work/life balance!
Compensation:
Typical earnings are $80,000 to $115,000 per year for full-time clinicians, based on experience and qualifications. A productivity bonus is also available.

Job Requirements:
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
- Eligible for or currently licensed in NC as a Physical Therapist.
- Open to new grads and PTs of all experience levels.
- Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.
- Candidates with 24 hours over 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
