What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse and active patient population
Perform comprehensive evaluations and design individualized, goal-driven plans of care
Integrate rehabilitation and performance principles to support patients' long-term success
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, performance coaches, and medical professionals
Progress through KIMEU — from foundational skill to KIME-Certified High Performance Sports Medicine Specialist
Contribute to a culture grounded in integrity, performance, and community

Compensation Built Around Your Impact

Most physical therapy compensation models are static — your salary is your salary, regardless of the impact you create. KIME is built differently.

Your base salary is competitive and transparent, ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 depending on your experience level. But that's just the foundation.

On top of your base, KIME offers an uncapped Gainshare program — performance-based income tied directly to the community impact you create. We walk through exactly how it works during the interview process, because it's unlike anything else in this industry.

A note on what's possible:

Our Gainshare program is uncapped. The clinicians who invest in their community impact and grow their presence see that reflected directly in their income — our top earners reach $155,000+ annually.

Qualifications

Required:

Licensed Physical Therapist in California (or Nevada for Reno-area openings)
PT, MPT, or DPT degree
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with patients and teammates
A patient-first mindset paired with personal accountability

A plus — not required:

Background in athletics, coaching, or performance training
Certifications: CSCS, NSCA, PES, ACSM, or equivalent
