Neubility Rehabilitation and Wellness is a neuro-specialized therapy clinic in Pinellas Park, FL, dedicated to serving patients with neurological conditions in an underserved community. Our owner - Han Nguyen started the company in 2023. While working in inpatient rehab, she recognized the gap in care between inpatient and outpatient followed up. Most patients end up not receiving the intensive of care they need to make meaningful progress. Han started Neubility Rehab as a mobile practice. Since our foundation, we have evolved into a thriving practice with a team of PT/OT/SLP, utilizing innovative technologies. Our mission extends beyond therapy, encompassing education, support, and advocacy for patients and their families.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Neuro Physical Therapist role is based in the St. Petersburg, FL area. The selected candidate will assess, plan, and execute evidence-based therapy programs tailored to individuals with neurological conditions. Responsibilities include evaluating patient progress, documenting treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing advanced rehabilitation technologies. The therapist will educate patients and their families, provide ongoing support, and contribute to innovative approaches that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in neurological physical therapy techniques, including patient evaluation and treatment planning
NCS preferred, however, not required. NCS-reimbursement available.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment programs aligned with patient goals. We treat heavily based on High Intensity training principles
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with compassion and integrity
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida or eligibility to obtain it
