If you post job listings, you agree that all information provided will be accurate, lawful, and compliant with all applicable regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of your listings and any outcomes resulting from inaccurate or misleading information.

3. Job Applications

If you apply for jobs through the Platform, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. Career Tree Network is not involved in hiring decisions made by employers using the Platform and does not guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of job listings. We encourage Users to verify information independently before proceeding.

4. User Content

You may post or upload content such as resumes, cover letters, and job listings (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Career Tree Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content as necessary for the operation and promotion of the Platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users or company personnel.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to collect data or interact with the Platform.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.

7. Modifications to the Platform

Career Tree Network may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of PTCareerTree.com at any time without prior notice. We may also limit or restrict access to certain features without liability or notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Career Tree Network, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Tree Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
