About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide Medicare Part B outpatient therapy in patients' homes. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the geriatric population.
- Minimum commitment: 12 direct patient care hours per week
- Availability required: At least 3 weekdays per week
- Work independently while collaborating with an experienced therapy team

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- Eligible for NJ Physical Therapy licensure
- Minimum 12 direct patient care hours per week required
