Overview:
A growing organization in New Jersey is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in home-based settings within the Eatontown area. This role supports Medicare Part B services and offers flexible hours with a minimum requirement of 12.5 hours of direct patient care per week. Candidates with full-time, part-time, or PRN availability are encouraged to apply.
Position Details:
- Provide community-based outpatient care to predominantly geriatric patients in their homes
- Work as part of an experienced multidisciplinary therapy team
- Flexible scheduling available to fit your lifestyle, with regular weekly availability required (including 3 weekdays)
- PRN candidates must have consistent ongoing availability and prior experience is preferred

Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent)
- Eligible for New Jersey state licensure
- Minimum availability of 12.5 hours per week of direct patient care
