About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide Medicare Part B outpatient therapy in patients' homes. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while making a positive impact on the geriatric population in the Oakhurst, NJ area.
- Minimum commitment: 12 direct patient care hours per week
- Availability required: At least 3 weekdays per week
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary therapy team

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- Eligible for NJ Physical Therapy licensure
- Minimum 12 direct patient care hours per week required
- Consistent availability of at least 3 weekdays per week
