Overview:
A growing organization in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in home-based settings. This position offers flexibility with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN employment. You will focus on providing Medicare Part B community-based services to the geriatric population.
You will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team, treating a well-balanced mix of patients in their homes. This salaried position includes a generous benefits package and the opportunity for overtime pay.

Job Requirements:
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
- Eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
