Vista Physical Therapy is hiring full-time Physical Therapists for dedicated, clinic-based roles across the West Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. This is not a float or travel position — you will work from one consistent clinic based on your preference and location.

You’ll select your preferred clinic during the hiring process — and stay there full-time.
Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)
Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000
Sign-on bonus: Available for select locations
Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Overview

Orthopedic & sports physical therapy

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
Document all services clearly and thoroughly in EMR
Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and team development
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
New grads welcome – mentorship provided
