Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $90,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000+ available
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $140,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Our Palo Alto clinic provides outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on manual therapy, functional rehab, and individualized care plans. Job Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care in an outpatient setting
Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
Provide manual therapy, functional rehab, and specialty services
Document patient care accurately in a modern EMR system
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and the community
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current California PT license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
New graduates and experienced PTs welcome to apply
