Open Positions

1. Staff-Level Physical Therapist

Full-time preferred; part-time considered (20+ hours/week, with 2 evenings until 7 pm)
Treat patients of all ages across a broad orthopedic caseload
Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays
Full-time PTs typically see 55 patients per week
Bring your passion and specialty to enhance patient care

2. Clinic Manager

Full-time position requiring 1 year of experience
Combines direct patient care with leadership and management responsibilities
Lead and support a high-performing clinic team

Qualifications & Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Eligible for Virginia state licensure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Open to all experience levels; new grads welcome
Clinic Manager: 1 year of experience required
