Remote-Physical Therapist PRN Pelvic Health
At Franciscan, our Telehealth Physical Therapist I is critical for providing remote evaluation and treatment of the patient. In this role you will remotely evaluate and implement the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance and promote injury prevention.
*** Position is fully remote. Franciscan Health provides equipment. Worker must be agreeable to Franciscan Health Flexible Work Agreement.***
Flexible availability: including days, evenings, and weekends
Minimum of 12 visits/month required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required
- Must have a valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state
- Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapist eligible
- Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Ability and willingness to work in team environment
