Outpatient Orthopedic Private Practice (Cash-Based)

Overview:
A high-demand, cash-based outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mountain View, CA is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, mentorship-driven team. This role is built for clinicians who want mastery, not volume, with true 1:1 care, full clinical autonomy, and the time to do their best work.
Full-time is preferred, with 40 hours available, though candidates with 15+ hours of availability will also be considered. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist will treat a general orthopedic caseload in a fully cash-based outpatient setting with private treatment rooms and full gym access. Patients include active adults, athletes, and motivated individuals who value high-quality, hands-on care.
- Full-time caseload: 28 patients per week
- All visits are 1:1, 60-minute sessions
- AI-supported documentation to reduce admin time
- Clinicians are encouraged and supported in developing a specialty area or advanced certification
- For each patient treated beyond the 28-visit threshold, clinicians earn $100 per additional visit.
Compensation:
- Full-Time Salary: $105,000 – $135,000 base
- Total Compensation Potential: Up to $165,000 with commissions
- Part-Time Rate: $45 – $60 per hour
- $4,000 referral bonus for referring a Physical Therapist who is hired

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
- Clinicians with a strong desire for learning and mastery are encouraged to apply.
- New grad PTs will also be considered.

- Candidates with 15 hours of availability/week will also be considered.
