At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll be part of a clinician-led team committed to providing exceptional, hands-on care in a supportive environment.
Total Compensation
- Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on + loan repayment) - Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000+
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

What You’ll Do
- Deliver evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized plans of care tailored to patient goals
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
- Document care thoroughly and accurately in our EMR system
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Build strong patient and community relationships
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active (or eligible) California PT license
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
- New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
