Total Compensation
- Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + incentives + sign-on bonus + CEU reimbursement + loan repayment) - Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
- Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

About the Morgan Hill Clinic
Our Morgan Hill outpatient orthopedic clinic provides personalized, evidence-based PT with a strong emphasis on:
- Manual therapy
- Functional rehabilitation
- Pre- & post-operative care
- Orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Spine rehab, work injury rehab, ASTYM, and dry needling
You’ll join a collaborative and encouraging team with access to clinical residencies, mentorship, and leadership development.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and design individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based orthopedic treatment
- Document all treatment, progress, and discharge planning in the EMR
- Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and leadership
- Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process
- Participate in team meetings, CE, and mentorship activities
- Maintain compliance with all payer, state, and federal requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active or eligible California PT license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
