Position Summary
A well-established outpatient physical therapy practice in Palm Beach County is seeking a passionate and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on care that supports patients in recovering from injury, improving mobility, managing pain, and achieving long-term wellness.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, exercise programs, and manual therapy
Guide patients through rehabilitation programs to support recovery, mobility, pain management, and functional improvement
Monitor patient progress and make clinical adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, and lifestyle recommendations
Collaborate with clinical support staff and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Promote a positive patient experience with a focus on outcomes, engagement, and continuity of care
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Experience in outpatient orthopedics or rehabilitation preferred, new graduates welcome to apply
Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning ability
Excellent communication, patient engagement, and time management skills
Commitment to professional development and delivering compassionate, individualized care
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred but not required
