Job Summary In addition to being responsible for performing the standard duties and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist, this position functions in an advanced clinical support role assisting leadership in the areas of clinical competencies, clinical program development, and quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications - Require a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy; Advanced degree is preferred.
- Require a minimum of five (5) years of clinical practice in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in inpatient or outpatient rehab, or acute therapy.
- Require previous clinical instructor for CE1,2,3 or similar student clinicals with a minimum of two (2) students within the past three (3) years.
- Require a minimum of two (2) level two certification from the approved Rehab Specialist certification list and must demonstrate how they are using that certification to improve patient care.
- Require membership in a State or National level professional association.
- Require Credentialed Clinical Instructor Program (CCIP) certification (Level 1).
