Lymphedema Physical Therapist:
Are you a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist with experience in lymphedema management? We’re looking for a dedicated clinician to join our team and provide specialized care to patients in need of lymphedema treatment and education. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive and collaborative team.
What You’ll Do as a Lymphedema Physical Therapist:
- Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and related conditions
- Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based practices
- Perform Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), including:
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
- Compression bandaging and garment fitting
- Therapeutic exercise
- Skin care education
- Educate patients and caregivers on self-management techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, OT, and physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
