Position Type: Full-Time (flexible PRN and Part-Time schedules also available)

What you'll do
As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
- Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist License – New Grads Welcome!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to continuous learning
- Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, strength training
