Physical Therapist – Lakeshore Physical Therapy (Lakeview)

$75K-$85K + benefits | New grads welcome | True 1-on-1 care

Tired of double-booking patients and 15-minute eval slots? So were we!

Lakeshore Physical Therapy is a boutique clinic where you'll actually have time to treat. One-on-one sessions in private treatment rooms. No mill-style conveyor belt. We accept insurance but operate like concierge PT, and we're looking for a therapist who wants to practice the way they were trained.

What your day actually looks like:

45 minute sessions one-on-one with the PT the whole time
Mix of orthopedic, sports injuries, running rehab, pelvic floor, and post-operative cases
Private treatment rooms
Collaborative team of 4 other PTs who actually share cases and problem-solve together

What we offer:

$75,000-$85,000 base salary and productivity based bonuses

Annual CEU budget with additional options for those with interest in McKenzie (MDT), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), and Pelvic Health
Real mentorship: weekly meetings with case review, shadow senior clinicians, we help you grow specific skills
Flexible scheduling (no weekends required)
PTO that you can actually use
Bonus opportunity: help launch our satellite clinic inside a pickleball facility if that excites you

You might be a fit if:

You have an Illinois PT license and DPT degree
You want autonomy but also collaboration
You're interested in being part of a collaborative team
You're comfortable building rapport and explaining the "why" behind treatment

Pelvic floor experience is a plus but not required
