What We’re Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin
Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF preferred
Strong communicator, motivator, and team builder
Organized, compassionate, and committed to quality outcomes

Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin
Leadership or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting (1 plus years experience preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and mentoring skills
A collaborative mindset with a focus on quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
