Compensation & Benefits

$77,000–$90,000 base salary
Monthly performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based interventions and track outcomes
Educate patients on home programs and long-term wellness
Supervise PTAs, aides, or students as needed
Participate in clinic operations, community outreach, and provider events

What You’ll Bring

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
Passion for outpatient care (ortho, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, fall prevention)
1+ year outpatient experience preferred, but not required
Pelvic health experience a plus (training available)
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
