Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $86,500–$93,000 depending on experience

Enhanced Compensation

We offer a professional revenue share model that gives you a direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary!

Technology That Supports Clinicians

We utilize Prompt EMR with integrated AI-assisted documentation tools designed to reduce documentation burden and improve clinician efficiency, allowing therapists to spend more time focused on patient care.

Position Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
Support a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapist licensure (or eligibility)
CPR/BLS Certification
Experience in outpatient orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation preferred
Residency-trained or Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance regulations
Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
Ability to manage a dynamic outpatient caseload while maintaining exceptional patient care and communication
