Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and mobility.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.

Requirements:

Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
