We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehab, a therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
As a Physical Therapist with us, you will evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs. You will work alongside a team that prioritizes patient outcomes over productivity quotas and offers a supportive and collaborative environment.
Salary: $78,000 - $90,000 per year + monthly bonus potential
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs
- Build your dream caseload and work with patients you are passionate about
- Collaborate with a team that has your back
- Prioritize patient care and maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour)
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Passion for patient care and a collaborative mindset
