As a Clinic Director for Team Rehabilitation, you will have a unique opportunity to own a clinic while still having the support of a company. This leadership role's primary responsibilities are growing, developing, and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic. You will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: This is a partnership. The Clinic Director is key in clinic setup. If opening a new clinic, you will provide input on clinic location and clinic layout. You will take control of Quality of Care in the clinic, taking a patient-centered approach so that each patient receives care unique to their goals and objectives.
- Marketing: Supporting the Marketing Reps and fellow clinics' marketing initiatives are key components in both the success of the clinic and of Team Rehabilitation. You will maintain relationships with key physicians and referral sources to promote Team's commitment to care and increase patient referrals.
- Financial and Operational Management: You will keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments that enhance the patient's experience. You will manage productivity, define and set clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations, and manage the clinic budget to make financial decisions that support the clinic's overall financial health.
- Leadership and Staff Management: You will lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You will manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
- Desire to own/run clinic
- 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care
- Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue growing as a Physical Therapist
- Must be committed to Team's initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce
