We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team at our clinic located at 1602 Aquarena Springs Dr #101, San Marcos, Texas 78666.
As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. You will design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

In terms of compensation, we offer a base salary of $75,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience and market factors. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.

To qualify for this role, you must be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program, have current or pending state licensure, BLS certification, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset. You should also be able to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients per day.
