We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Belmont, North Carolina. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to transformative care and leading the way in innovative therapy practices.
Job Summary Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Base Salary: $85,000–$119,000 / year
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds (Starting at $900 a month)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 available in select locations!
