We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist - Lymphedema Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana.
As a Physical Therapist - Lymphedema Specialist at PT Solutions, you will primarily focus on a caseload of Lymphedema diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus available

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
