Overview:
Due to growth, Breckenridge Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in Breckenridge, CO. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is preferred, but candidates with a minimum part-time availability of 16 hours and two weekdays, including late-afternoon shifts, will also be considered.
We are looking for a personable clinician with strong communication skills. New graduate PTs are encouraged to apply and will be supported through mentorship and training.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting with a highly active patient population. The caseload includes a broad range of general orthopedic conditions, including:
- Spine care
- Pre-op and post-op rehabilitation
- Light neurological conditions
- Parkinson’s disease
- Stroke recovery
- TBI rehabilitation
The opportunity to develop a specialty or pursue advanced certifications is encouraged and supported.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time salary range: $80,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends or major holidays
- Mix of early and late shifts between 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Expect 1–2 early shifts and 1–2 late shifts per week
- Four 10-hour shifts are also available
- Flexible scheduling to support work/life balance
Job Requirements:
- Eligible for Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- New graduate PTs supported and mentored
- Full-time preferred; 40 hours/week available
- Part-time candidates with 16 hours and two weekdays of availability, including evening shifts, will also be considered
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
