We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at PT Solutions, supporting our Harleysville and Souderton clinics.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab cases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 /year
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available
