We are seeking a full-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team at PT Solutions. As a recognised leader in physical therapy, we offer a range of services from orthopedic to sports medicine and pelvic health to neurologic rehab. This role will primarily provide specialised care to patients with pelvic floor conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
- Experience or clinical interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation

Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Salary: $83,000–$100,000+/year (based on experience and market factors).
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
