We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

As a Physical Therapist with PT Solutions, you will work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab cases. You will have access to various tools and resources to support your practice, including:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-on bonus: up to $10,000 available in select locations
