We are seeking a full-time Float Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Delray Beach, Florida.
As a Float Physical Therapist with PT Solutions, you will travel on an interim basis between our West Palm, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton locations.
The role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, designing personalized treatment plans, and efficiently managing patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Salary: $90,000-110,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
