We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Killeen, Texas. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to transformative care and leading the way in innovative therapy practices.
The base salary for this position ranges from $78,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and market factors. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
