PT Solutions works together with Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo to provide rehabilitation therapy services in order to best serve patients in the area.
As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcome. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
- Demonstrating a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members
- Building and maintaining relationships throughout the community
To qualify, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
- State licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
The pay range for this role is $50 - $60 per hour.
