Aspirus At Home in Medford, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our field team!
This is an hourly position, with mileage reimbursement, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus! We offer a mentorship program to new grads or those who haven't worked within home health care, plus we offer an extended orientation/onboarding process!
The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients within the Medford and Stanley, WI areas. Evaluates, establishes treatment plan and goals of treatment, and provides for and/or supervises the administration of treatment modalities/procedures done to meet the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient. Incorporates patient and family education. Provides documentation for all of the above.

Requirements
- Knowledge of physical therapy standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy required
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Possesses and maintains a valid Driver's License required
- Possesses automobile liability insurance with $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability
