We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Denfeld team at Aspirus St. Luke's Clinic in Duluth, MN. The successful candidate will perform evaluations, plan and provide treatments, and document patient care services. The role may involve working in either an inpatient hospital setting or an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and treat patients
- Document patient care services
- Supervise assistants, attendants, and students during treatments
- Rotate weekend and holiday assignments (inpatient setting)
Requirements
- Current State of Minnesota Physical Therapy License
- Ability to relate well to people of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of wound care, joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, muscle strengthening, and endurance training
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with specific age groups (e.g., pediatrics)
Work Environment
- Inpatient Physical Therapists: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Outpatient Physical Therapists: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with inpatient hospital weekend rotation) or 30 pounds (without inpatient hospital weekend rotation)
