The Physical Therapist will practice at the top of their license, forming trusted relationships and collaborating with leading physicians. They will have access to a strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Physical/Occupational Therapy and more than 1,600 Duly providers.

Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
Compensation & Benefits:
- Anticipated base compensation range: $77,000 - $110,000 depending on qualifications and experience
