Duly Health and Care in Wheaton is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation services team.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume
- Conduct 60-minute evaluations with no double booking and 30-minute follow-up visits
- Collaborate with leading physicians and a strong internal referral network
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license
Compensation & Benefits:
- Anticipated base compensation range: $77,000 - $110,000
