Duly Health and Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their outpatient team in Bloomingdale, IL. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
The role involves providing one-on-one patient care, with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, and no double booking. The organisation offers a structured 6-month mentorship program for new and early-career PTs, as well as access to continuing education resources, Special Interest Groups, and experienced clinicians throughout Duly's rehabilitation network.
Responsibilities:

Compensation:
- Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives may be available
