Overview:
Due to growth, Global Pain & Spine Clinic is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Niles, IL. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with a minimum availability of 24 hours per week over 3 weekdays will also be considered.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience and is passionate about hands-on treatment. New grad PTs will also be considered.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, treating patients of all ages. The caseload focuses primarily on general orthopedic conditions with some neurological cases. The practice serves a significant number of patients from Eastern European backgrounds.
Patient care is one-on-one in individual treatment rooms, with dedicated time for documentation and notes. You'll have support from PTAs and Rehab Aides to help with patient care and clinic operations.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $85,000 per $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:
The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Major holidays are not required.
Full-time clinicians have the flexibility to work either four or five days per week.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
2 years of previous outpatient experience is preferred.
Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.
Candidates with 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
Fluency in Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, or other Slavic and Eastern European languages is strongly desired.
Work Visa Sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
