We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Union, New Jersey.
As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. You will design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

In terms of compensation, we offer:
- A base salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 in select locations

To qualify for this role, you must be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program, have current or pending state licensure, BLS certification, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset. You should also be able to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients per day.
