We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports medicine, and pelvic health patients.
The role's caseload will primarily focus on a pelvic-health population. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. You will design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience and market factors. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
